According to sea-news.az the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on acceding to the “International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-fouling Systems on Ships” states:
Guided by Clause 4 of Part I of Article 95 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
The Republic of Azerbaijan shall accede to the “International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-fouling Systems on Ships” signed in the city of London on October 5, 2001.
