Subsequent preventive raids have been organized in the Caspian Sea basin with the aim of ensuring the safety of maritime navigation and strengthening control over compliance with environmental regulations.
Sea-news.az reports that during the measures carried out, the technical condition of ships, the provision of safety equipment for sailors, and requirements for preventing the pollution of the marine environment were inspected.
Necessary instructions regarding full compliance with navigation rules at sea were given to captains and crew members of marine transport vehicles by the relevant authorities. It was stated that such raids will be continued regularly in the Caspian basin.
