United States Central Command (CENTCOM) has established a specialized task force aimed at preventing Iran from transporting advanced weapon systems and military hardware via both overland routes and the Caspian Sea.
It was noted that the primary objective of creating the new operational task force is to restrict and enhance monitoring over Iran’s attempts to execute illicit weapons transfers to neighboring regions across diverse transit corridors.
