As of 13:00 on July 27, strong northwesterly winds are continuing across Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.
According to sea-news.az citing the National Hydrometeorological Service, wind gusts are intermittently reaching 28 m/s, in line with the orange weather warning.The service also reported that wave heights in the Caspian Sea have reached 2.8 meters, reflecting rough sea conditions.
