Arif Karimli, a third-year student at the Azerbaijan State Marine Academy (ASMA) and a graduate of the secondary school in Shaghlazuza village of Astara district, has achieved a significant international success.
According to sea-news.az the “Inclusive Smart Transport Platform” project led by the young student was selected from among more than 10,000 startups submitted from five continents, earning a place among the most promising projects in a prestigious international program.
The project aims to make public transportation more accessible for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups. Its innovative approach and strong social impact attracted the attention of international experts.
This achievement once again demonstrates the ability of Azerbaijani youth to compete globally in the fields of innovation, technology, and social entrepreneurship.
It is worth noting that Arif Karimli’s success holds a special place among the international accomplishments of both the Azerbaijan State Marine Academy and the country’s young generation.
