A welding training course organized jointly by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Baku Shipyard has been successfully completed.
During the 38-day program, participants acquired both theoretical knowledge and practical skills and were assessed in accordance with international standards.
For the first time within the project, the practical examination was conducted under the supervision of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), with participation from representatives of CNco Ltd.
The main objective of the training program is to prepare qualified professionals in line with international standards, expand certification opportunities, and strengthen the skilled workforce in the shipbuilding industry.
