The Human Resources Department of the State Maritime and Port Agency organized an awareness training session on “Citizen Reception and Communication Standards” for employees involved in the citizen reception process at the institution’s “Baku SME House.”

The purpose of the training was to enhance employees’ knowledge and skills in adhering to service standards during the citizen reception process, maintaining professional, ethical, and courteous communication, properly receiving and responding to inquiries, and ensuring citizen satisfaction.

Within the framework of the training program, information and practical approaches were presented across several key areas.

At the same time, interactive discussions were held with the participants, with special attention given to strengthening decision-making, appropriate response, and professional communication skills through real-life examples.
