As part of a working visit organized by TİKA in Istanbul, Türkiye, a delegation from the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy (ASMA) held a meeting at GN Group Corporation.
The delegation, led by Acting Rector Eldar Qocayev, met with GN Group CEO Ahmet Gün and senior company representatives to discuss the expansion of cooperation and the identification of new areas of partnership.
The discussions focused on organizing practical training for ASMA students on the company’s vessels and at its facilities, strengthening existing collaboration, and developing future joint initiatives.
Both sides emphasized the importance of enhancing students’ professional training and practical skills, and explored opportunities to involve additional students in internship programs.
The meeting also addressed prospects for faculty participation in international exchange programs, the involvement of foreign specialists in the educational process, and the establishment of scholarship programs for students.
