A delegation led by Shahin Babayev, Executive Director of AZCON Holding, visited the ports of Aktau and Kuryk as part of a visit to Kazakhstan.
Sea-news.az reports that during the visit, the delegation learned of the the port and terminal infrastructure of Kazakhstan, as well as their operations and operational capabilities.
The meetings focused on the existing infrastructure of the ports, their cargo handling capacity, and issues related to the organization of freight transportation across the Caspian Sea. Additionally, an exchange of views took place on expanding inter-port cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, enhancing the efficiency of transportation along the Middle Corridor, and joint cooperation opportunities.
