According to sea-news.az that Dimitrios Dalaklis, head of the Maritime Safety and Environmental Protection Administration and professor at the World Maritime University (WMU), said these words in an exclusive interview with AZERTAG.
He noted that by utilizing its current position and business partnerships, Azerbaijan reliably fills the gap emerging in the world.
“Digital services are a suitable tool for establishing new connections. All digital tools can be used to conduct business better,” the professor stated.
