The complementarity of the economic potential between the two regions plays a key role in expanding transit opportunities:
- Strategic route: The development of the Middle Corridor creates an alternative and reliable connection between Asia and Europe, increasing the significance of the countries in the region.
- Infrastructure hubs: The Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway and the Alat International Sea Trade Port strengthen Azerbaijan’s position as a regional logistics center, creating opportunities for Central Asian states to access world markets.
Cooperation platforms in the energy sector, particularly in green energy and renewable sources, have a significant impact on integration processes in the Turkic world and regional stability.
Cafer Dal added that in the coming years, this strategic partnership will encompass not only traditional sectors but also the digital economy, innovation, and green technologies, contributing to the further strengthening of regional ties.
