There has been a new personnel appointment at the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) CJSC.
According to sea-news.az that Afghan Jalilov, Chairman of the Management Board of the organization, has signed the relevant order.
According to the order, Mahammad Topalov has been appointed as the Head of the Operations and Commercial Department of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company.
It should be noted that prior to this appointment, he served as an Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of “Azerpost” LLC.
