As of January 1 of this year, “Baku Hovsan International Sea Port” OJSC had 424 shareholders.
According to sea-news.az citing the joint-stock company’s management report, this represents a decrease of 5 units, or 1.2%, compared to January 1 of the previous year.
During the reporting period, “LOTOS-S” LLC remained the primary shareholder with a 96.0297% stake, while the number of individual shareholders decreased from 428 to 423.
It should be recalled that the “Baku Hovsan International Sea Port” was established in 2003. Its authorized capital is 2,966,434 AZN.
