Mazahir Niftiyev, representative of the State Maritime and Port Agency, Director of the Vessel Traffic Management Center, and ocean captain, represented our country in Paris at the 4th session of the Council of the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA).
According to sea-news.az the session covered discussions on international maritime navigation, the safety of marine navigation, the development of aids to navigation, the implementation of digital technologies in the relevant field, the strategic directions of IALA, as well as the expansion of cooperation among member states.
