A report has emerged of armed pirates approaching a commercial vessel sailing near the coast of Yemen.
According to sea-news.az a small boat carrying suspicious individuals was observed heading toward the vessel.
The crew immediately activated security procedures and notified the relevant authorities. Initial reports have not yet confirmed whether the armed individuals attempted to board the ship or whether anyone was injured during the incident.
