The Canoe Sprint and Kayak European Championships will be held from June 11 to 14 in Montemor-o-Velho, Portugal.
According to sea-news.az citing information from the national federation, Azerbaijan will be represented in the canoe discipline by national team member Tatyana Smilovenko.
The competition will bring together the strongest athletes from across the continent.
It is worth noting that Smilovenko previously won a bronze medal at the European Championships for juniors and under-23 rowers held in Pitești, Romania last year.
