Three tankers were hit in a drone attack in the Black Sea near the northern coast of Türkiye.
The incident was reported by Reuters, citing shipping company Tribeca.
The Palau-flagged tanker James II, which was in ballast condition, was located about 50 nautical miles (80 km) north of the Türkeli region at the time of the attack.
The Sierra Leone-flagged tankers Altura and Velora were reportedly engaged in a ship-to-ship operation in the nearby area when they were also targeted.
Coast Guard vessels were deployed to the scene. It was confirmed that all crew members aboard the tankers are in good condition.
