A meeting of the Audit Committee of ASCO, one of the companies under AZCON Holding, has been held.
During the meeting, the preliminary report of the external audit conducted by Deloitte & Touche MMAC was presented and discussed.
The results of audits carried out by ASCO’s Internal Audit Department were also reviewed, and priority objectives and key focus areas for the upcoming period were defined.
