Position: OI Implementation Lead      

Minimum 15 years related experience.  Completed Competency trainings.

OI Implementation Lead:

The OI Implementation Lead is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service to the customer by implementing and maintaining Operations Integrity (OI) capabilities, including Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and competency standards and procedures, procedural adherence, risk management, continuous improvement, loss and performance in the field locations. The OI Implementation Lead ensures compliance and coach line management in the process, implementation, assessment and feedback loop of OI capabilities. This person drives the field audit program and oversee the nonconformance event investigation process and closure
