The meeting was attended by Carlos Garcia Guzman, International Labor Standards and Labor Law Specialist at the International Labor Organization (ILO) Office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and Yashar Hamzayev, the organization’s coordinator for Azerbaijan.
According to sea-news.az Ms. Beatriz Vacotto, Head of the Maritime Labor Unit of the organization, also joined the discussions in an online format.
