ASCO’s activities in the areas of gender equality, inclusivity, and sustainable development have been presented at several international events.
Bakhriyyah Hasanova-Qasimova, Deputy Director for Gender and Special Vulnerable Groups under the Directorate of Sustainable Operations Management of the company, represented ASCO at a conference titled “Sustainable Development – Family, Women and Child Policy,” organized by the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The event addressed issues such as gender equality, protection of children’s rights, combating domestic violence, and sustainable development.
ASCO also participated in the 4th Turkic World International Engineering Summit held in Baku. The summit included panel discussions on engineering, artificial intelligence, energy, cybersecurity, and sustainable development.
During these events, information was shared on ASCO’s initiatives to strengthen an inclusive environment, promote gender equality, and work with vulnerable groups, alongside discussions on future cooperation opportunities.
