On the eve of November 8 – Victory Day, Baku Shipyard hosted a meeting between the Chairman of the Board, executive management, and yard personnel who participated in the First Karabakh War and the Patriotic War.
Sea-news.az reports that the event commenced with a minute of silence honoring the memory of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
The Chairman of the Board congratulated the war veterans on Victory Day, emphasizing that their bravery and selfless service are held in the highest esteem.
As part of the commemoration, eight veteran employees were presented with official letters of appreciation in recognition of their dedication, exemplary professional conduct, and conscientious execution of duties.
The event concluded with a joint luncheon held in a warm, fraternal atmosphere.
