Iran and Oman have reached an agreement on defining a safe navigation route in the Strait of Hormuz.
Sea-news.az reports that this was stated by Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei in an interview with “Tasnim”.
Baghaei noted that despite certain negotiations held with the US, the war continues.
“Our conditions were the basis of the negotiations, and America violated them. Under these circumstances, one cannot speak of the end of the war,” the Iranian MFA spokesperson stated.
According to Baghaei, it is an injustice to the people for some media representatives to blame Iran for the breakdown of the agreement.
“We are talking about America. A country that over the past years has always and constantly failed to keep its word. Considering oneself guilty is one of the signs of the enemy’s cognitive warfare. Some matters are so obvious that there is no need to state them,” he emphasized.
