Under the motto “Row for a healthy life!”, a mass sports event has been organized in Mingachevir.
Sea-news.az reports that the event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Water Sports Federation. Held at the “Kur” Olympic Rowing and Training Center, the event featured exemplary performances by over 50 young rowers and teenagers using kayak, canoe, and sweep rowing boats.
The primary objective of the initiative is to promote rowing among the general public, encourage healthy lifestyle choices, increase physical activity, and foster greater public interest in water sports.
