The ICF Canoe Sprint and Paracanoe World Championships will take place in Poznań, Poland, from August 26 to 30.
Sea-news.az reports that the Azerbaijan Water Sports Federation will be represented at the competition by Tatyana Smilovenko. The team will be led by Aleksandr Zhukovsky, head coach of the national canoe team.
To recap, Tatyana earned a silver medal in July at the European Junior and Under-23 Canoe Sprint Championships held in Szeged, Hungary.
