Two limited liability companies operating in the field of shipping and ship management in Azerbaijan — “Aegis Voyage Shipmanagement” LLC and “Anchor Elite Shipmanagement” LLC — have announced their liquidation.
Sea-news.az reports that in connection with the liquidation of both companies, creditors can submit their claims within two months to the address: Baku city, Yasamal district, Hasan bey Zardabi Ave. 78 B, house AHB, apartment 111.
For information, the indicators of the legal entities undergoing liquidation are as follows:
- “Aegis Voyage Shipmanagement” LLC (TIN: 2907356801) was state-registered in 2023. Its authorized capital is 100 manats, and its legal representative is Gogi Churkveidze.
- “Anchor Elite Shipmanagement” LLC (TIN: 2907350421) was established in 2023. The authorized capital of the company is 100 manats, and its legal representative is Edisher Zhgenti.
It should be noted that the liquidation procedure of ship management companies continues with the stage of satisfying creditors’ claims in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code and the Civil Code.
