The body of Samad Nasrullayev, captain of the civilian merchant ship Atlas Bey, who died as a result of a drone attack near the coast of Odessa, Ukraine, has been recovered and brought to Odessa.
According to sea-news.az that, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the funeral will be sent to our country as soon as the necessary procedures are completed.
“We express our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased ship captain. May God rest his soul!” the ministry’s statement noted.
