Due to the emergence of criminal liability in 1 case, the collected materials were forwarded to the relevant law enforcement agencies.

It is worth reminding that, according to the “Rules for Fishing and Harvesting Other Aquatic Bioresources” approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 2, 2017, commercial fishing and harvesting of other aquatic bioresources are prohibited across all water bodies in the country from May 1 until September 1 due to the fish spawning season.
