A temporary management appointment has been made at “Sailor Repair and Construction” LLC, a subsidiary of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO).
According to sea-news.az citing NOCOMMENT.az, the duties of the company’s director have been temporarily entrusted to Rahim Mikayilov.
It should be noted that “Sailor Repair and Construction” LLC was established in 2017. The company’s authorized capital amounts to 57,460 Azerbaijani manats.
The enterprise’s main areas of activity include carrying out repair, construction and installation, and design works for ASCO’s subsidiary legal entities and affiliated organizations, as well as for other legal entities and individuals.
