The Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy (ASMA) officially launched the Spring Semester Examination Session of the 2025–2026 academic year on June 1, 2026.
Organized in accordance with the relevant order of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Academys approved examination schedule, the session will continue until July 3, 2026.
To ensure that examinations are conducted in an organized, transparent, objective, and regulation-compliant manner, the Academys administration has implemented all necessary organizational measures. An Examination Headquarters and a Monitoring Group have been established to oversee the process, promptly review student inquiries, and address any issues that may arise.
Examinations are being held in both academic buildings of the Academy. Ensuring the fair assessment of students’ knowledge and skills, upholding academic integrity, and maintaining transparency throughout the examination process remain key priorities. To support these goals, the Academy is making extensive use of public oversight mechanisms, modern information technologies, and the capabilities of the Electronic Academy platform.
During the examination session, assessments are conducted in various formats, including written exams, tests, system-based written exams, system-based test-and-written exams, and oral examinations. Relevant commissions have also been established to ensure the prompt announcement of results, timely review of appeals, and transparent implementation of appeal procedures.
The ASMA administration wishes all students success in their examinations and encourages them to adhere to academic ethics while demonstrating the knowledge and skills they have acquired throughout the academic year.
