The next general meeting of shareholders of Baku Hovsan International Seaport JSC is scheduled to take place on June 30 at 11:00.
The meeting will be held at 1 Shakir Ziyadov Street, Hovsan settlement, Surakhani district, Baku.
The agenda includes approval of the company’s financial and operational report for 2025, restructuring of the Board of Directors, and other related matters.
It should be noted that Baku Hovsan International Seaport JSC was officially registered in 2003. The company’s authorized capital amounts to 2.966 million manats. A total of 96% of the shares belong to LOTOS-S LLC, while 4% are owned by more than 400 individual shareholders.
