The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has denied claims made by the U.S. military command regarding the passage of commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz.
In a statement cited by Iran’s state broadcaster IRIB, it was said that no commercial ships or tankers have transited the Strait of Hormuz in recent hours.
The IRGC described the information presented by U.S. officials as “baseless and disinformation-related.”
