In the Port of Baku, an iftar table was organized for the families of Martyrs and veterans of the port and those living in the Alat settlement.

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, the Port of Baku opened an iftar table for the families of Martyrs and veterans living in the Alat settlement, as well as for the families of Martyrs of the port. At the iftar ceremony traditionally organized every year in Alat, in the port area, the dear memory of the Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was commemorated with a minute of silence.
At the event, Taleh Ziyadov, Director-General of the Port of Baku, greeted the guests on the occasion of the upcoming Ramadan holiday and noted that the Port of Baku is the home to the families of Martyrs, their children and the veterans, and that the port is always with them as one family.
Chairman of Alat Municipality Azad Musayev and the elders of Alat noted that in the settlement, together with the Port of Baku, successive projects are being implemented with the population in need of social and moral support, and that the port always keeps the Alat community in mind.
At the end of the iftar meal, holiday gifts were given to the children who participated in the iftar.
