Position: Operations Manager
| Position Responsibilities |
| Country / operation manager for a LE TOURNEAU 116 Jack up operating in AzerbaijanResponsible for Setting up new country company entities, office, yard base, dealing with local law firms accountants, manpower, catering companies etc. in Azerbaijan. Setting up contract terms and conditions to ensure smooth operational startup of rigResponsible and Accountable for all aspects of the company related to operating the rig. This included but not limited to – Safety, Daily Operations, Financial Planning – Budgets P&L statements, purchasing spares and equipment for the rigs, HR, maintenance, engineering, procurement etc. Reporting back to Offshore rig manager and corporate COO on all business-related matters and operations |
| Essential Qualification and Experience |
| 10+ years of experience Experienced Operations Manager in operating as Rig Management .Proven track record of successfully managing in various international locationsExperience in Semi-Submersible and Jack Up rig types but also knowledgeable with practical first-hand experience of DP Deepwater Semi-Submersibles and Drill ships.Valid IWCF Sub Sea Level 4 certificate(s).Valid BOSIET and medical certificate for offshore work. |
