Job Description:
| Distribute work between team members |
| Assign people as per their skills and qualification level |
| Monitoring of respective tasks performed by the team members |
| Preparation and submission of respective reports on progress support and resourcing reports |
| Participation and organization of customer meetings in connection with project scope |
| Liase on HR and personnel related issues i.e. promotions, salaries, performance review, recruitment |
| Mentoring engineers on specifialized trainings/qualification education |
| Participation in internal meetings related to the vision and mission of the company |
Requirements:
- Minimum HND or equivalent in suitable engineering discipline or relevant experience
- Experience in a planning role, preferably within the oil and gas industry
- Experienced in the operation of specialist industry planning software and systems
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Strong IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic offshore induction and emergency training (BOSIET)
