Position title: Project Finance Manager
•Supervise all matters related to general accounting including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, intercompany and other general accounting activities
•Supervise all matters involving financial reporting to Tax Authorities, SSPF, Statistics and Employment Fund
•Responsible for financial reporting to the client and parent companies, analysis and other financial information
•Financial input and negotiation on commercial and service provision contracts
•Assistance in commercial reviews and responsible for the financial part of commercial proposals
•Responsible for annual budgeting, monthly spend, budget vs actual spend analysis. Participation in budget meetings.
•Prime contact with financial auditors, tax and legal advisors
•Financial input during QPR (Quarterly Performance Review) and annual PRM (Performance Review Meetings) with the client
•Supporting development of new business opportunities and contribute to the strategic planning of business activity.
•Handle relevant confidential material relating to all financial aspects of the business and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Educated to Degree Level
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- A high-level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in area of Trade Finance [LC, TR, Bill Discounting, Bank Guarantee.etc…], Cash flow Management, Stock control, Bank Reconciliation and Insurance arrangements.
- Good Vender Management, excellent negotiator and communicator
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and team building skills with the ability to grasp new concept and deliver them in the most efficient manner
