The delegation of the Cabooter Group led by the CEO and Founder Mr. Johannes Cabooter is on a business visit to the Port of Baku on 16-18 June 2022. Today, the delegation visited the Port of Baku in Alat and had a meeting with the leadership of the Port. The expansion of existing business partnership between the Port of Baku and the Cabooter Group was discussed during the meeting.
The Cabooter Group has already begun operations in Azerbaijan and organizes cargo supplies to China through the Port of Baku. During the visit the delegation had an opportunity to observe handling processes of the cargos belonging to the Cabooter Group in the terminals at the Port of Baku.
It should be noted that on November 25, 2019, the Port of Baku and Cabooter Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strengthening and expanding freight traffic from Europe to Central Asia and China via the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor).
