In the quadripartite format, it is planned to consider issues such as routes, insurance, ship safety, demining of ports, as well as the structure of the coordination centre.
The grain export centre to be established in Istanbul will regulate relations between Russia and Ukraine through Turkiye. The coordination centre will allow the export of 20 million tons of grain from Ukrainian ports to world markets.
