Baku Port Baku was awarded the EcoPorts certificate of the European Sea Ports Organization (ESPO) for the first time in the region in 2019, and last year Baku Port successfully passed this recertification.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan is among the 24 countries in the world that have received this certificate, and Baku Port has been awarded the status of the first “Green Port” in the region.
