Position title: Operations QHSSE Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accountable to the General Manager, the Operations/QHSSE Manager is responsible for;
- Managing all facets of the company’s operational activities
- Interviewing and appointing relevant staff members
- Communicating operational activities throughout the organization
- Liaising with other functions in the organization
- Developing and streamlining business processes
- Developing the business along with the Management team
- Interfacing with Customers and potential Customers
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in a Learning/Development discipline
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- Management experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing people
- Experience in training and competence assessment including Internal verification
- Experience in running a technical training establishment
- Experience in the development and Management of Quality Assurance Systems and Safety Management Systems.
- Experience in managing multiple projects
