Job requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree. Relevant working experience may compensate for lack of formal education
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated international Quality Lead Auditor competence and experience
- Expert level project risk management competence
- Experience from Joint Ventures and international projects
- Commercial mindset and strong analytical skills
- Ability to develop, communicate and implement strategies
- Ability to analyze complex issues with material impact for the project, and propose solutions
- Strong communication-, and collaboration skills
- Proven leadership experience
- The ability to work in a multicultural environment and demonstrate respect for local norms and customs of behavior
- Act as a role model for our values, safety and security expectations
- Experience in driving change processes
- Proficiency in English
The main responsibilities and deliveries are, but not limited to;
- Act as an advisor in the establishment and further development of KJOC
- Lead the QRM function and secure sufficient quality and risk management focus in KJOC and the project
- Lead the development, implementation and training of project management system for the project (to international standard). Coordinate at KJOC company level
- Identify and drive the implementation of relevant IT tools in KJOC
- Drive focus on value chain and business result in the project development
- Act as an integrator across KJOC, the project organisation and towards suppliers to ensure a common understanding of the risk and challenges ahead
- Facilitate risk brainstorming and project decision making processes
- Ensure that QRM adds value to the project through advisory, monitoring, management of requests for non-conformity and reporting
- Establishment, implenmtation and follow-up of the supervisory control & inspection plan
- Contribute to governance and key stakeholder management
- Contribute to the development of government applications and key strategy documents.
- Provide general QA/QC advice and close-out of non-conformities
- Drive QRM awareness and build a culture for continuous improvement within the Karabagh Joint Operating Company and contractor organizations
- Coordinat and follow-up with relevant functions the close-out of all internal and external audits and monitoring activities
- Collaborate with Project Control, SSU, D&W, Petec and engineering to ensure consistency between the project risk register and the risk based audit & examinations plan
- Responsible for QRM related systems and tools
