Two oil and three oil product tankers are in the roadstead awaiting shipment due to a storm in Novorossiysk. The official representative of “Transneft” Igor Demin told the journalists about it.
“The storm continues in Novorossiysk. There are two tankers waiting for oil (aframax) and three for DT5 (seaway) in the roadstead. The weather is forecast to improve by the evening, ”he said.
Also yesterday, due to increased winds, the port of Primorsk was closed at 16:00, but early Friday morning, shipping at the port resumed.
“A storm warning has been in effect in Ust-Luga since midnight. However, now the wind speed is about 10 m / s, the graphical position is supposed to be set for loading in the afternoon according to actual weather. In Kozmino, work is on schedule. There are no tankers arriving late, ”added Demin.
Oil supplies to refineries are proceeding according to plan.
