Dry cargo ship “Pola Anatolia” transports buses from Turkey to Turkmenistan

The multipurpose dry-cargo vessel “Pola Anatolia” operates from Izmir (Turkey) to Turkmenbashi (Turkmenistan) with a batch of buses with a total weight of 593 tons. The hatch covers house 25 buses, according to the website of the Marine Engineering Bureau.

The vessel is in transit through the Volga-Don Canal and further along the Volga to the Caspian Sea.

Dry-cargo vessel of RSD59 project was developed by the Marine Engineering Bureau. To date, the total order for dry cargo vessels of the RSD59 project is 60 vessels (of which 25 have been built, 15 are in operation, 20 are on option).
