President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the foundation-laying ceremony of the offshore operations of Absheron field at Heydar Aliyev Baku Deep Water Jackets Plant on September 19, APA reports.
After the ceremony, the head of state gave an interview to Azerbaijan Television, Public Television and Real Television.
