During the seminar held at the naval base of the Azerbaijan Naval Forces, the referees of the “Sea Cup” international contest were awarded certificates for the right for refereeing.
Within the scope of the seminar, the participants discussed the Regulation “On refereeing” and came to a common understanding of the principles and criteria of refereeing, the procedure for calculating prize and penalty points, defined the powers and duties of referees and arbitrators.
Following the results of the qualification test, the organizers of the contest presented the judges with armbands and certificates for the right for refereeing.
