Shall have high degree in Engineering and hold a minimum of 15 years’ experience within the Industry and in similar roles.
Create Alliances and Partnerships with other Companies.
Support Subsea Fabrication and Testing requirements
Provide guidance and direction in the appropriate structure, size and roles for Subsea personnel in different Teams. Provide Subject Matter Expert Technical Support to both Team members, customers and 3rd parties.
Assist in Recruitment and coordination of contract Rates and periodic review with PSCM departments
Prepare new potential Workscope Proposals from both a technical and commercial perspective.
Provide Technical Input and guidance to new Projects during the specification stage regarding Subsea Requirements.
Liaise and communicate with Drilling, Completion, Intervention, Project and other Subsea Teams to drive Regional business.
Provide Technical support to non-Rig plans regarding Subsea Requirements, at a strategic, tactical and detailed level.
