The Training and Education Center based in Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) hosted a workshop for foreign students.
The workshop dedicated to “Added value of quality standards to the offshore industry through the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Regulatory Framework” was held by captain Titos Giannakakis.
During the 5-day workshop, the participants were informed on the international maritime safety regulations and their impact on offshore quality standards, sustainable development and management.
The workshop was dedicated in an interactive form allowing participants to share their opinion and ask questions.
