Report informs citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources that according to the information for 17:00 the velocity of the north-west wind reaches 34 m/s in Sumgayit, 33 m/s in Baku, 25 m/s in Tartar, Tovuz, Barda, Pirallahi, 23 m/s in Oil Rocks and Tartar, 22 m/s in Aghdam, Mashtagha, Aghstafa, 20 m/s in Nabran, 19 m/s in Bina.
The height of the waves reached 4.6 meters. Rain was observed in Shabran, Guba and Gusar.
