Iranian cargo ship dragged anchor, drifted to shore, Caspian sea


General cargo ship KASRA-1 dragged anchor on Nov 30 or Dec 1 and started to drift towards shoreline at Makhachkala port, Dagestan, Russia, Caspian sea. Reportedly drift was stopped, probably by letting go second anchor. The ship reported to be more or less stable, tug EPRON is on standby at Makhachkala port, ready to assist. KASRA-1 arrived at Makhachkala Anchorage on Nov 26 from Aktau Kazakhstan.
