CMS in Atyrau Oil & Gas Exhibition
CMS participated in the 16th North Caspian Regional Atyrau Oil & Gas Exhibition, from 11-13 April 2017, in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
The regional exhibition Global Oil & Gas Atyrau is the largest industry event in the West Kazakhstan region. 103 local and international exhibitors participated in the event while the general exhibition area was 1006m2. 1912 specialists/visitors attended the event during 3 days. For CMS it is becoming a tradition to participate in this event and it is a good chance for CMS and Kazakhstan companies to get acquainted with each others’ activities and projects implemented in the Caspian Sea.
The Mayor of Atyrau region visited the CMS stand and stated that the Atyrau exhibition serves as a favorable platform for expanding existing collaboration between business structures of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. CMS discussed future cooperation perspectives with: North Caspian Operating Company N.V., EmbaMunaiGas JSC, TengizChevrOil LLP, Denge Energy Ltd, etc. The parties agreed to exchange information and seek ways of collaboration within the Kashagan, the first offshore project in Kazakhstan as well as the Ural river and other projects.
